Agreement to terms: By downloading, accessing, or using the sine.ev Mobile App, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Purpose: The App provides access to electric vehicle (EV) charging stations and the ability to initiate and pay for charging sessions.
Payment: Payment for charging sessions will be made through the App using the payment method specified in your account. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred through your use of the App.
Account: To use the App, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Use of the App: The App may only be used for lawful purposes. You may not use the App for any unauthorized or illegal activity, including but not limited to, hacking, spamming, or sending viruses.
Intellectual Property: The App, including all content, software, technology, and other materials, is protected by intellectual property laws and is owned by sine.ev or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without the express written consent of sine.ev.
Disclaimer of Warranties:The App is provided “as is” and sine.ev makes no representations or warranties of any kind express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included in the App.
Limitation of Liability: sine.ev will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Changes to Terms: sine.ev may make changes to these Terms at any time and will notify you of such changes through the App or otherwise. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law: These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sine.ev is registered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration organization selected by sine.ev
Termination: sine.ev may, in its sole discretion, at any time terminate or suspend your account or all or a portion of the App, or your use of all or a portion of the App, with or without notice and with or without cause.
